Joe Bultman

As a Belmont Athletics Sponsorship and Sales Intern, I was able to participate in various sports marketing and corporate partnership projects. I was responsible for generating sponsor recaps that provided information on advertisements displayed at Belmont Athletics events. I also assisted with game day operations for men's and women's basketball.

As a youth baseball umpire, I worked approximately nine games per weekend at youth baseball tournaments. In this role I developed quick decision-making skills and communication skills under pressure. I was able to learn how to handle high-pressure situations and diffuse arguments in a productive manner.

I participated as an NCAA Division I athlete at two institutions: Belmont University (Nashville, TN) and Wichita State University (Wichita, KS). Through this experience I have been able to improve my time management skills by balancing 20+ hour weeks on the golf course and a strong academic workload. I also developed strong interpersonal skills.
