 Assist QB Coach with weekly QB preparation on and off the field.  Helped with developing, Ethan Garbers to a Top #5 QB ranking in the Big Ten.  Assisted with weekly game planning, specifically with all Red Zone breakdowns.

 Broke down opponent’s coverages, fronts, blitzes, and pressures weekly for game preparation.  Developed & maintained QB opponent video folder weekly listing all tendencies.  Assist QB Coach weekly with on field drills and QB Classroom needs.

 Developed offensive game plan, Quarterback, and game day play caller.  From last place finish, 1-9 in 2022 to the USFL Championship game, and 1st place 5-7 in 2023.  QB, Troy Williams finished #3 in QBR and Pass Efficiency in USFL in 2023.  Offense ranked #4 in rushing and #1 in least giveaways in USFL in 2023.

 Developed QB’s through installation of West Coast offensive scheme with classroom and on field work.  Offensive play caller on game day.

 Top 20 Spring Season National ranking in Division III, first time in school history.  USA South Conference Co-Conference Champions, first time in school history.  2 RB’s selected 1st Team All USA South Conference & ranked 2nd in rushing from last place in 2019.
