Assist Head Coach w/running efficient, position specific skill building practices. Primary area of focus is corner infielders, and base running. Instituted new performance tracking measures with creation of The King's Cup. Focused on building 1 on 1 relationships with players so I can have the opportunity to speak into their lives. 1st Base Coach

Rebuilt the varsity baseball program. Implemented new Standards of of Excellence. Planned all training: Fall open diamonds, weight room, speed/agility, winter workouts. Helped identify location for new outreach ministry center. Led efforts in development of Kitchen Ministry, Seed Planter Ministry and Senior Breakfast Ministry. Helped develop building remodeling needs and plans. Developed kitchen ministry strategies and volunteer needs. Recruited and managed a group of 100+ volunteers, managed volunteer schedule,

Rebuilt M.S. baseball program and led them to their first M.S. Baseball Championship. Planned & Coordinated team practices focusing on skill development, ensuring practices also had an element of fun built in as well. Created game strategies ensuring all players got field time. Instituted weekly devotional time. Held seasonal tryouts.

Led development efforts of new Christian Community Center consisting of a soup kitchen, counseling center and life training courses. Recruited and managed 90+ volunteers. Managed all fundraising, purchasing and vendors. Developed other mission-oriented opportunities such as our Seed Planter to support our mission of "Feeding the Body & Soul".
