I was a competitive gymnast for 15 years. Throughout those years I gained great experience training alongside the top athletes and coaches. After my gymnast days were over, I took on the role of a competitive team gymnastics coach. Along with, sports performance, leadership, and teamwork from young ages to top athletics at our facility.

As a team coach, I coach girls from ages 4 to 15 from the beginning levels to the top levels of XCEL gymnastics. Using my knowledge and expertise, spotting skills, and strength and conditioning skills to ensure our gymnast meet the requirements needed to succeed at their level.

After moving to Texas, I trained at Kurt Thomas Gymnastics for 6 of the 15 years of my gymnastics career. My job as a recreational coach was to be responsible for the safety of young kids, and upkeep of the gym. I used my gymnastics knowledge and expertise to teach young kids gymnastics in a fun and safe way.
