• Serve as stage manager for the National Lacrosse League (NLL) team for game days, which includes the setup of promotions on the turf, set up for games, and break down all sponsorship activation and signage • Work closely with the partnerships/marketing department to reach out to communities for partnership, sponsorship, and/or being a vendor

• Greet and supervise the ingress and egress of season ticket holders in the 2000+ seat Club Lounge using ticket scanning and pass validation protocol • Manage and train FANgineer attendants on alcohol and compliance policies, emergency procedures, guest issues, and incidents custodial maintenance

• Welcomed and hosted premium season ticket holders and their guests in the 1000+ seat INFINITI Club • Assisted guests with locating specific areas such as suites, club environments, and ticketed seats • Ensured that all Braves’ employees, part-time and full-time, follow staff protocol and present their credentials prior to entering the VIP areas

• Greeted MLL fans at Grady Stadium and Atlanta Silverbacks Stadium with game rosters, season schedules, and promotional items • Assisted with field setup, half-time shows, after-game meals, mascot handling, and break down every home game • Worked activations and community/promotional events

• Assisted fans at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium to their seats, tailgate parties, hotels, and restaurants on Super Bowl Sunday • Worked closely with Area Manager to provide customer service outside of the Stadium • Served as a Talent Escort for David Harbour during the NFL Honors Ceremony at the Fox Theater

• Recruit, interview, hire Fitness Attendants/Team Leaders, and supervise 32 Fitness Attendant employees • Implement training, scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of Fitness Attendants • Assist patrons with questions about exercise, equipment use, personal training, and nutritional services while abiding by the ASCM guidelines

• Assisted the Sport Sales Manager with prospecting for new sports business and developed a new Sports Council • Aided in new initiatives to promote Athens as a destination for amateur sporting events • Established business relationships with 23 local hotel sales managers to book rooms and establish room blocks and meeting space
