Game Operations Intern

Job Summary

• Set-up/tear down of concourse and lobby
• Supervising entertainment groups
• Managing concourse activities
• Pre-game/post-game events
• Interns will be asked to help work other community events when applicable throughout the season and a small amount of office hours may also apply. 

• Arrive on time with proper attire each day 


• Treat coworkers and other members of the organization with respect 


• Show focus and motivation towards assigned tasks 


• Willing to learn and grow for the betterment of the organization


• Happy to assist our loyal and passionate fanbase


• Able to work majority of home games 


• Be an extension of the organization and display proper conduct at all times

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Proven skills handling multiple responsibilities 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Customer oriented mindset 
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism when responding to staff, players, and fans 
• Ability to effectively problem solve
