Job Summary

JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Make outbound sales calls to businesses, organizations and past buyers
Handle inbound sales calls
Assist with lead generation and mailings
Assist with processing ticket orders and payments
Provide unsurpassed customer service for all fans
Work information table at community events
Other duties as assigned
