Job Summary

The Sports Information Intern is responsible in assisting in the publicity and promotion of University's 25 NCAA Division I sports programs through preparing news releases, reporting team and individual competition results and stories, and providing advance media notice for events.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in a related field.

Previous experience in sports and recreation programs or facilities.

Familiarity with current trends within recreational sports profession.

Excellent communication skills.

NIRSA Member preferred.

Must be First Aid/CPR certified.
