Assistant Esports Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Assistant Esports Operations Manager assists in day-to-day operations and contributes to the strategic vision supporting the university's initiatives of advancing student recruitment, engagement, retention, and collegiate experience. This role is critical in educating the Tech students and community on how the program integrates with academic initiatives, career, and life skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management.
• First Aid/CPR.
• Minimum 0-2 years of relevant work experience required.
• Managing, organizing, coaching, or playing in an esports program at the high school, collegiate level, or beyond.
• Multiplayer online video games with team-based elements.
