Job Summary

 

 

The team is a growing brand within Major youth development space. The Manager, Operations, will be responsible for overseeing tournament operations and facility management. This individual will also be in charge of overseeing several events across the country throughout the year.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management, Sports Administration,
  2. Business Operations or related field.
  3. 5+ years of experience in events and/or operations (preferably within the sports industry).
  4. Youth sports operations or tournament operations a plus.
  5. Track record of superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
  6. Excellent relationship-building, communication, team building, and interpersonal skills
