Arena Base Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

The position will field calls for the arena operations department as well as dispatch personnel to incidents around the building. This position will oversee the Base Operations during all Prudential Center events, including New Jersey Devils games, Seton Hall basketball games, concerts, family shows, and private events.

Qualifications:

Must have the ability and willingness to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be extremely organized and have superior communication skills including writing, proof reading skills and speaking.

Candidate should be self-motivated, organized, professional, mature, and detail oriented.

Candidate must be tech savvy and be familiar with Apple and Android operating systems.

Candidate must stay calm under pressure as multiple calls are received during extremely busy events.
