Job Summary
The Production Coordinator is responsible for leading efficient and effective design, planning, communication and execution of various internal and external projects and event production for Insignia Event Services.
Primary Job Duties:
- Assist with daily eveproject-related related planning and scheduling of team members
- Lead regular safety meetings and participate in the development of internal standard operating guidelines and procedures
- Lead the safe operation of machinery such as forklifts, flatbeds, box trucks, and scissor lifts
- Develop and deploy systems and processes to improve department efficiency
- Track short term and long-term project performance
- Lead and contribute to a positive, collaborative, productive, and safe environment
- All other duties as assigned
