Job Summary
We are seeking candidates who are impassioned about the Guest Experience and want to create memories that will last a lifetime. We are looking to welcome new members of our Guest Services team who want to work hard, have fun, and bring joy to our Guests for the 2022 season.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Welcoming Guests into the venue and ensuring they are set up for a great experience
- Resolve Guest concerns and accommodate special requests
- Promote a safe and friendly environment for all Guests by identifying and reporting inappropriate behavior, safety risks, and medical situations.
- Positions include Ticket Scanner, Bag Check, Usher, Elevator Operator, Escalator Operation, Guest Services, and Ambassador
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed and as directed by leadership
- All other duties as assigned
