Job Summary

The directors are seeking to add a qualified mental performance coach to their existing mental performance staff. This role will serve the organization’s minor league affiliates. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in sport psychology, performance psychology, or a related discipline.

2+ years experience working with professional, collegiate, or elite level athletes, or military populations.

Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) preferred.

Prior professional baseball experience as a mental performance consultant, player, and/or coach preferred.

Adherence to the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) Code of Ethics.
