Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time assistant coach. The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all facets of developing and maintaining a successful NCAA Division III team and program. Duties include recruiting and retaining student athletes, planning and conducting practices, and assisting in fundraising.

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Requires up to two years relevant experience in an administrative function, good communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.

Valid driver's license.

One year of experience leadership or coaching experience at college, high school or Club level.

Possess knowledge of NCAA DIV III, ECAC and NJAC regulations and committed to adhering to all conference and institutional regulations.
