Remote Position - Freelance Multi-Camera Insert Control Room

Job Summary

The Network is looking for a Multi-Camera Insert Control Room (M.C.R.) Engineer to assist remote productions of live events. Duties include connecting, quality control, troubleshooting, and repairing all video, audio, data, and communications feeds. Applicants must hold a valid driver's license and be able to adhere to the Department of Transportation's rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent industry experience with broadcast equipment courses/training.
• 3 years broadcast experience in a television production environment.
• Proficient in MS Office software applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, etc.).
• Ability to get a Commercial Driver License (CDL), pass a DOT Physical, and obtain a medical certificate to drive M.I.C.R. unit on a needed basis.
• Excellent reasoning skills to assist in troubleshooting problems.
