Job Summary

• Assist in the duties of office manager

  • Organizing office activities and upkeep 
  
  


• Learn the administrative duties of supporting an Esports executive


• Help plan our Women in Gaming (FTW) events


• Produce digital content and copy for our FTW Gaming Socials


• Assist in organizing our new office space in Universal Studios


• Identify key areas of opportunity to grow business through social media, content and events


• Identify potential new talent and partnerships on Twitch and other gaming social channels


• Float between marketing, game operations and content departments as needed

• Ability to multitask between administrative and creative projects 


• Ability to adapt between startup and corporate office cultures 


• Experience with all major media platforms


• Familiarity with various esports games and teams (Particularly Philadelphia Fusion & T1 )


• Flexibility to help different departments if needed


• Adobe Photoshop, After Effects & Premiere are a plus

• Undergraduate Senior


• Prior internship and work experience preferred


• Studying Film, Communications, Marketing or Business with a focus in Gaming


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Understanding of G Suite 


• Strong relationship and interpersonal skills 


• Demonstrated interest in working in gaming and esports 

• Might have to carry boxes as heavy as 25 lbs

• Must have reliable transportation


• Must be willing to participate in company Smash Bros and Mario Kart Tournaments
