Job Summary
This role will be responsible for partnering with agency and internal team members to plan, manage and execute performance digital campaigns. She/He will act as the day-to-day lead and subject matter expert (SME), providing strategic recommendations and proactive testing opportunities for the DSG brand and vendor partners. She/He will work collaboratively with internal marketing teams, agency partners and vendors to maximize the value and efficacy of all performance digital media efforts. He/She will present to the leadership team, or other areas of business, to communicate best practices and progress made in key channels and platforms.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Own the development and execution of category and vendor-driven performance digital plans:
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal team members to develop cutting edge performance digital media campaigns that meet business objectives.
• Provide actionable, qualitative and quantitative insights on how we can make our campaigns more effective and efficient.
• Work with teams to define appropriate process and deadlines that will ensure seamless and efficient execution
• Monitor delivery and budget against KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional digital team and partners to drive digital transformation and channel evolution:
• Evangelize the value of digital and how it drives the overall business
• Build and maintain rigorous testing and channel management roadmaps
• Provide internal education and develop POVs
• Build effective relationships with all vendors and internal partners
• Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in digital media (betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.) and demonstrate innate curiosity and aptitude that proactively demonstrate thought leadership and new ideas/recommendations
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Requirement
- 2 - 4 Years
Technological Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
