Job Summary
JOB MISSION:
A key priority for the Manufacturing Innovation team is to accelerate the digital transformation of our domestic factories. This broad change program includes a number of initiatives to enhance and improve the experience of our consumers and operational teams through digital collaboration tools, platforms, and approaches. As a Sr. Business Analyst for Manufacturing Innovation, you will be responsible for transforming business process to bring value to the Domestic Manufacturing Value Chain and Global Product Business Units. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented team-player to join a startup-like innovation group, to help introduce cutting-edge technologies and create the digital NB of the future. In this role you will build out processes for a variety of projects that span all aspects of the value chain. You will foster collaborative working environments across departments in an often challenging, but exciting role of driving innovation and change.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Create future Domestic business processes based on ‘north-star’ innovation plan.
- Interview stakeholders to document current business process.
- Uncover areas for continual improvement.
- Guiding process improvement plans and change management.
- Lead business process reviews.
- Own process documentation.
- Liaison between innovation teams and domestic business stakeholders, fostering collaborative ideation for innovation.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- Experience documenting processes with modern tools.
- Experience interviewing non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain a high degree of trust and positive energy with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to anticipate and resolve conflicting differences by seeking collaborative approaches.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently, managing numerous projects at once.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a business analysis or in a related field.
- Understanding of Industrial 4.0 or Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) is a plus.
- Agile methodology experience is a plus.
