Job Summary
Position Overview: The Director, Consulting & Valuation will work with sports and entertainment rightsholders, serving Premier Partnerships clients and building on Premier’s methodologies. This individual will be a key project and relationship manager for Premier’s clients seeking to develop corporate partnerships in alignment with their current and potential on-site, digital and social platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Create customized solutions and cutting-edge strategies for clients to increase sponsorship revenue, create innovative digital partnerships, and increase fan engagement
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, and liaise with team members across multiple departments at Premier to ensure deadlines and objectives are met
- Advise clients on sponsorship and digital content/publishing strategies, taking into account Premier’s full suite of capabilities and offerings
- Oversee digital content and asset development, often in conjunction with Premier’s strategic partners
- Manage third-party vendor and partner agency relationships
- Produce compelling thought capital as part of overarching marketing plan, and contribute to the documentation and development of best practices
Required Characteristics:
- Proven ability to be a project lead for multiple projects/clients simultaneously
- Ability to establish and maintain an honest and effective working relationship with the Premier team and our clients
- Overall, act as a key member of Premier’s team and become an essential piece in maintaining our position within the industry as an expert in sponsorship valuation and consulting

Qualifications:
- Four (4) years’ or more relevant experience and track record of building successful relationships with rights holders
- Demonstrated ability to monetize properties’ marketing assets by presenting new and compelling ideas to clients and their prospective partners
- Experience monetizing, selling and/or buying digital and social assets for a major brand, publisher and/or sports/entertainment property
- Ability to successfully develop channels, platform strategies, and content distribution across digital platforms (preferred)
- Familiarity with a variety of methodologies, tools and approaches to data analyses, including industry benchmarks (e.g., CPMs, CPVs, CPEs) across digital/social platforms
- Strong understanding of MS Excel, and functions such as Pivot Tables and vlookup; ability to build custom formulas and create client-ready charts
