Job Summary
The Manager of Ticket Operations will direct, manage and supervise the ticket office during hockey events and day to day operations.
Their duties will include cash control, ticket reporting, ticket inventory management, ticket distribution and event night reconciliations.
Also, responsibilities include building and maintaining hockey seasons in the ticketing system and events, as well as supervising game night ticket transactions at the box office and will call.
This individual will be expected to handle customer service issues relating to seat locations, payments, and general guest experience.
