Job Summary

• Manage assigned group of employees by interviewing, hiring, and training; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Ensure staffing requirements are met and proper work assignments are maintained
• Manage and be accountable for budgeted payroll for employees under your direct supervision
• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned departments
• Responsible for general facility maintenance including equipment inspection and monitoring throughout the facility.
• Perform regular stadium inspections, identify projects that need to be completed, determine if projects can be completed or need to be outsourced
