Job Summary

The Athletics Department is seeking to hire an Assistant Coach of the Men's Soccer program who will provide leadership and overall administration to the student-athletes and NCAA Division I Men's Soccer program.

The scope of responsibilities will include the following essential duties but is not limited to the following,

• Assist with all aspects the of Men's Soccer program to include: coaching, training, development of student-athletes, recruiting and talent evaluation.
• Assist with coaching, training & conditioning, daily practices and game preparation.
• Responsible for recruiting student-athletes by analyzing data to determine preliminary talent and academic eligibility.
• Assist with daily administration of budget management, fund-raising, and public relations.
• Responsible for monitoring academic progress and personal development of student-athletes.
• Responsible for scheduling games practices.
• Responsible for film exchange & reviewing and other duties as assigned.
