Assistant Baseball Coach

Job Summary

The Athletic Department at Dean College is currently searching for candidates to fill the coaching position of Assistant Baseball Coach.

This position will report to the Head Baseball Coach and the Director of Athletics. This position is involved in all aspects of running a competitive baseball program, including but not limited to: identifying and recruiting successful student-athletes, skill development during practices and games, scouting and game film, and other duties as assigned. Additional qualifications include communication skills, ability to motivate, and counsel student-athletes effectively as well as being self-motivated, positive, energetic, and a willingness to travel.
