Job Summary
The purpose of the Leadership Development Team is to enhance and develop individuals so that they can lead with purpose, solve problems, and inspire and empower groups to live positive culture.
The Assistant Director on the Leadership Development Team is responsible for community engagement.
It requires advising, planning, developing, implementing, managing and evaluating community engagement programs and events.
Cultivate and collaborate programming with campus departments and mutually beneficial community partners while managing student-athletes' priorities and time constraints.
Professionally and effectively build and enhance positive relationships with people.
Maintain and monitor budgets, identify and innovate future programming needs within the Athletic Department, leverage strategic communications, and consistent data evaluation analysis.
