Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Head Football Coach with maintaining a competitive Division I-FCS football program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: coaching offense with specific responsibilities for running backs; recruitment of prospective student-athletes; administrative duties; assisting with summer camps; fundraising; and other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Earned Bachelor's degree by appointment date;
- At least one year collegiate football coaching experience dealing with offense, preferably running backs at any level;
- Commitment to promote an atmosphere of compliance to institutional, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations;
- Proven career path;
- Effective communication (oral, written, and interpersonal) skills;
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
