Ticket Services Representative

Job Summary

Ticket Service Representatives (TSRs) are responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the ArenaTicketOffice.

This includes processing ticket requests at walk-up windows and over the phone.

TSRs provide offsite ticket sales support for our external clients where  facilitates the night of show box office operations.

TSRs hours vary based on the needs of the business.
