Job Summary

Responsibilities

Administrative duties: office presence to ensure team service; maintain all records, files and forms; health and welfare and morale of team members; uniform and equipment order, maintenance, and inventory and upkeep; oversee community service programs; oversee academic status, study hall, progress monitoring of class work and tutoring; attend NCAA and school and team meetings; daily liaison between staff and players; oversee fall and spring scheduling; travel planning; NCAA compliance paperwork and tasks; locker room and field upkeep; assist head coach in areas of alumni relationships and fundraising functions; and other areas of need.

Operational duties: main assistant to practice/matches; prepare and implement with head coach preseason, season and spring season practice sessions; implement off season workouts; home match day set up (field, uniforms, paperwork, locker room, etc.); away match day confirmation (ability and cleared to drive vehicles on school business); game analysis collection, breakdown and presentation; scouting opponents and reporting; recruiting potential student-athletes locally and out of state; be NCAA compliant as well as 1ST Aid/CPR compliant; tryout procedures and setup; and other areas of need.
