Summary:

Assists the Manager, Team Member Experience in the scheduling, training and deployment of Guest Services team members for all events at facility. Work directly with guests, the two teams as well as third party clients to implement the overall role of the guest services department for the particular game or event.

Assist with the supervision of 600 event day team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; support manager in addressing guest feedback and resolving staff issues.
