The individual should possess exceptional organizational skills, be capable of handling multiple tasks, and be able to maintain the efficient administration of day-to-day operations of the intercollegiate athletics program. In addition, it is essential that the individual have experience in planning and administering a departmental budget and the proven ability to maintain the fiscal integrity of the athletics program.
