Job Summary

This role will be a yearlong fellowship to be a part of the NFL Team Business Intelligence team. The CRM/Warehouse Fellow will be the leader to admin and evolve the Salesforce Platform. In addition, they will execute and help guide the Data Warehouse Strategy and Process for the team.

Job Description

• Tagging and scoring leads entering the data warehouse
• Handle all lead distribution in the CRM system – routing rules, account ownership, opportunity data
• Create, manage, and monitor sales and service campaigns
• Sales data hygiene
• Scrubbing lists
• Working on quality, consistency, completeness of each record in the warehouse and in the CRM system
• Season ticket and club renewal opportunity campaigns (Premium and GA)
• Evolve CRM and keep track of, implement, and train the staff on the necessary changes
• Day to day staff training, issue tracking and solving, support
