Job Summary

Oversee and coordinate all fundraising activities for the annual giving efforts and serve as a critical member of the staff, sharing significant responsibilities for the advancement of annual, major and planned giving development efforts.

This position will serve as the departmental liaison to assigned volunteer groups, coaches and staff and will work to establish corporate relationships, provide stewardship to current donors, lead and develop strategic initiatives to increase donor engagement and giving as well as assist with major gift fundraising efforts.

The Coordinator of Development will actively build a prospect pipeline of leadership donors, provide excellent customer service, maintain a culture of compliance and contribute to the overall success of the Athletics department.

This position may be required to perform specific job-related duties at designated off campus locations or place of residence.

Plan, coordinate and attend special events and fund raising programs to help support the Athletic Department, including, but not limited to, Hospitality at select Athletics’ events, the Athletic Directors’ Reception, Hall of Fame Banquet, and The student-athlete awards show.
