Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only):

Oversee ticket sales, service and operations. Implement plans for season tickets, group sales and individual game sales.

Build relationships with season ticket holders, and general public.

Be point of contact for the Athletic Department ticket operating system.

Work closely with the Athletic Finance Office to ensure proper reporting and audit procedures.

Hire and train student ticket workers.

Work with communication office to keep ticketing website information current and updated.

Manage ticket box office at athletic events.

Lead day to day proactive season ticket and group sales effort.

Set timelines and make sure that all ticketing events are implemented and executed.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
