Job Summary

Role Summary

The Shared Services Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to provide support to the Corporate Shared Services department. This position will assist both the Staff Accountant-Concur Administrator and Director Shared Services. Routine activities will include invoice entry, wire payment entry, expense report auditing, interface reconciliation, check distribution and fulfilling vendor inquires. The Shared Services Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for vendor requests and will maintain filing of unpaid invoices. There will also be routine reports that will need to be generated at the request of the divisions and to assist with internal and external audits. Assisting members of the Shared Services department during monthly close and at other peak workload times will be needed.

Specific Functions/Activities Summary

• Audit and approve employee expense reports for compliance with the Company's policy. Includes electronic reports submitted in Concur and paper expense reports submitted.


• Assist the Staff Accountant-Concur Administrator with supporting and maintaining the Concur Software.


• Reconcile the Concur subsystem transfer to Oracle A/P daily.


• Assist employees with questions regarding the use of Concur.



• Audit A/P payment registers against invoices processed and file unpaid invoices.


• Prepare invoice batches and run ad hoc reports for Director Shared Services.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Shared Services/Accounts Payable experience


• Knowledge of Oracle Financial Systems and Concur preferred


• Proficiency in Excel, functional knowledge of Word and PowerPoint


• Must be able to multitask and prioritize daily requirements and change due to unexpected needs.


• Strong communication skills: both written and oral and inter personal skills
