Job Summary

Duties

• Leading, strategic directing, policy developing
• Abiding the polices of State Conference and other concerned bodies
• Assisting with the ongoing training of all coaches
• Health/safety monitoring
• Academic day disruptions monitoring
• Overseeing of strategic direction
• Help in assigning of faculty coaches/hiring of new coaches if needed & coaches supervising
• Developing/monitoring of annual budget
• Long term plan developing
• All other duties as needed

Qualifications

1. At least 5 years of working with children in school or athletic setting experience
2. Strong communications/decision making/customer service skills
3. Ethical and with comprehensive athletic program knowledge
