Job Summary

The position entails the task of managing and directing the daily aspects of Concessions Operations.

Duties

• Ensuring that the daily operational coordination will be successful for the activities of the facility
• Helping the General Manager with the administrative tasks
• Assists in monitoring of various events
• Attending in Event/tenant Meetings
• Researching/reviewing of equipment/materials and supplies
• Helping to prepare and review Operations Budget and Capital Equipment
• Proper image maintaining
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant training or experience
• 3 years of event management or convention experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Can handle conflict and stress well
• Strong skills in MS Office
