Job Summary

Job Summary: The Recruitment Coordinator will assist the Director, talent management, administration, etc. The Recruitment Coordinator will have a heavy focus on recruiting and sourcing top candidates for positions throughout multiple departments and its member teams, with an ultimate goal of providing best-in-class candidates where needed and building a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the recruiting process
• Utilizing and maintaining a variety of recruiting outlets to maximize market saturation and position visibility
• Responding to position and application inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Partnering with department leaders to create job descriptions and post approved positions to recruiting platforms
• Developing staffing action plans
• Assisting with new hire onboarding
• Entering new hire data
• Auditing team member information and data, maintaining accurate and current team member personnel files, etc. 

Qualifications: 

• Completion of an Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field required
• Experience with recruitment and Human Resources
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience recruiting and candidate sourcing in the Sports Industry 
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
• Prior experience with Talent Acquisition and Recruiting platforms
• Previous experience with HRIS / Payroll platforms
