Job Summary

The position entails the task of leading, organizing and managing of 11 sport for NCAA Division II intercollegiate athletics program.

Duties

• Expectation setting for coaches and student athletes
• Developing and implementing of marketing/external fundraising
• Preparing/managing of annual budget
• Ensuring to abide by the rules of NCAA, CCAA, California State University
• Overseeing of recruitment, educational progress, academic success
• Supervising of coaches, staff, administrative personnel
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong leadership/interpersonal/public relations/communication skills
