Job Summary

Under general supervision, this position provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department, including the Director of Human Resources.

These responsibilities include:  filing, copying, drafting correspondence, preparing packets and mailings, opening/sorting mail, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, screening emails and faxes, and other general office tasks. 

Additionally, this position manages Time and Attendance processing, coordinates employee activities, and assists the Human Resources Analyst in the areas of benefits administration, new hire orientation, payroll processing, recruiting, and wellness activities.  Special projects and other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Job Specifications:

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

College degree or equivalent  preferred

.EXPERIENCE

Two years of office/clerical experience required.

Accounting or payroll experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree may subsitute.
