Job Summary

The position entails the task of supporting the goals and mission of  College. He or she will need to develop and promote the vision for the athletics of the college.

Duties

• Leading the college in all athletics related tasks
• Leading to develop a strategic plan and vision
• Assists in promoting academic success
• Promoting of the athletes' broader personal development
• Give recommendations about coaches employment
• Developing, monitoring and administering of the facilities yearly budget
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of athletic administrator experience
• Master's degree required
• Knowledgeable of NCAA rules
• Budgeting, finance experience

• Strong communications, interpersonal skills
