Job Summary

Job Responsibelities:

• Assisting with the coordination of the recruitment of prospective high school and community college student-athletes
• Recruiting off-campus
• Coordinating campus visits for prospective student-athletes
• Assisting with team practices and conditioning, including practice planning and developing individual student-athletes
• Demonstrating an overall knowledge for volleyball skill training 
• Developing and maintaining daily practice schedules and activity logs
• Preparing scouting reports for upcoming opponents
• Fundraising for travel and program enhancement and in public relations

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree
• Prior coaching experience
