Job Summary

Job Summary: The Application Development team is seeking an experienced Software Engineer that will impact the analytic efforts across all business units. You will work with a team to evolve our business data systems, as a new Business Analytics group takes shape with accountability across all business departments and needs. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Enhancing software applications that contribute to the Giants’ business objectives, with priorities around database development and integrations
• Capturing, processing, disseminating and reporting information and data from external sources and the enterprise data warehouse
• Assisting in the development of the cloud-based enterprise data warehouse
• Building and maintaining data integrations and ETL pipelines, as well as build web applications
• Working with business process owners to understand the business need and develop technical solutions that integrate existing and future applications into the organization's information systems
• Identifying opportunities for automation and data integration between source systems and assist with implementation
• Identify opportunities to improve our business information and our data strategies 

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience, including development and/or test automation experience
• Knowledge of algorithms and fundamental computer science concepts
