Job Summary
SUMMARY: Talented cook preparing foods live in front of guests. Requires interaction and pleasant demeanor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prep station
- Prepare food live in view of guests.
- Carve, sauté, build sandwiches, omelets
- Break down and clean stations after shifts
- Possible supervision based on assignment
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
May supervise one or more staff at times, based on assignment
Qualifications
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrate appropriate cooking skill for the specific assignment
- Sautéing
- Carving
- Omelets
- Upscale sandwiches
- Plating
- Ability to communicate with clients and staff
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud
- Kitchen setting
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
