Job Summary

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Stadium Operations Events Intern. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of Stadium Operations Events. This position will average 25 hours per week from March through October.  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assisting with the planning and facilitation of all stadium events 
• Participating in the set-up and breakdown of all stadium events
• Greeting guests, monitoring, and controling access into stadium event areas
• Following up with clients post-event to gain feedback
• Assisting with the production of game-day notes/timelines for the stadium events staff
• Ordering all rental equipment needed for each homestand
• Having full knowledge of the MLB Team ticket and stadium policies

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be currently enrolled in college or have graduated within the past 12 months
