• Quickly response to queries and feedback
• Providing accurate information about tickets/disability accommodations/parking
• Assisting in learning about topics that can enhance career
• Order processing
• Balancing and processing of financial transactions
• Batch reports generation
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sports management preferred
• Ticket office and athletics interest
• Customer service background
