Job Summary: Our Speedway is currently seeking a seasonal Front-line receptionist to set the proper expectations with our guests, clients, and fans. This candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office and do a quick study of other platforms and programs. The Receptionist should have a welcoming personality and a professional demeanor.  

Job Responsiblities: 

• Performs routine clerical work
• Answering telephone calls
• Greeting the public
• Providing customer assistance
• Ordering office supplies 
• Updating appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments

Qualifications: 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
