Job Summary

The position takes charge in the overall athletics administration including intramural, intercollegiate, recreational and club activities.

Duties

• Directing of strategic planning/operations/budgetary decisions for the programs and facilities
• Intercollegiate athletic program administering
• Attending to national and regional conferences
• Ensuring to give mentoring to the staff and coaches of the administration
• Supervising and evaluating of administrative personnel
• Serving as resource for the athletic teams
• Overseeing of sports related medical care
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Master's degree
• 5 years of College Athletic Administration experience
• Can work in varying work shifts
• Strong skills in communication/organizational/attention to detail
• General computer skills proficiency
