Job Summary

The position will be in charge of supporting all the aspects of Department of Athletics for managing of equipment and supervising the assistant equipment manager and student workers.

Duties

• Managing of the services and daily operations of equipment room (Department of Athletics)
• Evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of policies, services, procedures
• Updating and improving of policies/procedures to cater for the growth of operations
• Supervising and training of equipment room staff
• Work assignments and schedule determining
• Overseeing the athletic equipment and uniforms procurement
• Consulting with head coaches on specific equpment needs
• Guiding on equipment and uniforms needs
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education
• 2 years of NCAA college equipment services equipment
• American Equipment Managers Association certificate preferred
• NCAA rules knowledge
• Strong skills interpersonal/organizational/management/communications
