Job Summary


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Seek out and qualify all potential sales opportunities.
  • Drive sales via phone, email marketing, face to face meetings, in-arena tours and out of-office appointments. 
  • You will set meetings with local consumers and decision makers of small businesses and large corporations.
  • You will be accountable to certain levels of activity and production (calls, appointments and revenue).
  • Due to the nature of this industry, you will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, select weekends and holidays
  • Effectively execute all assigned sales campaigns and training.
  • Maintain accurate records of all clients and prospects in our CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform game-day responsibilities, including entertaining clients and creating new business opportunities.
  • Performs other duties as required.


Characteristics / Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Experience as successful sales professional
  • Strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports.
  • Ability to present sales material to potential clients and large groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with MS Dynamics CRM and/or any ticketing system a plus.
  • Night and weekend work required including working events.
  • Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution.
  • Willingness to learn and should be able to flourish in a high growth, dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
