Job Summary

The position entails the task of handling the overall quality of the ticketing system.

Duties

• Reviewing of the quality specifications and technical design documents
• Detailed test plans and test cases creation
• Estimating, prioritizing and planning of the quality testing activities
• Designing, developing of automation scripts
• Conducting of thorough regression testing
• Testing priorities communicating
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7 years of hands on QA experience
• 4 years of experience working with Off QA team
• Automated testing tools hands on experience
• Strong skills in communications
